• Unlimited Communication with 1-2 in person consults 

• Day of Timeline created

• Toughing base to confirm vendors

• All day access on day of

• Manage all vendors per instructors/contract day of

• Help with setup of ceremony and reception

• Organize and distribute flowers to all wedding party

• Ensure the timeline is being followed

• Help with little things: cake cutting, bussing tables, send offs, etc.

• Ensure payments and vendor tips/balances are distributed

Everything in the Flutter Package and:

• Month of Coordination

• Up to 4 in person consults

• Take over all vendor communications 30 days prior to the bag day

• Venue Walk Through (based on availability) 

• Rehearsal Coordination (based on availability)  

• Assistance with seating chart and floor plans
